Root [AT&T] Google play stuck

Updated to 10.3.1 and updated Gapps but play store opens but won't download apps and gives some weird error code that I can't remember right now. Any help appreciated

Hi Right2Bear.

Remove google account from phone and re-enter it. This might help.

Clear cache and force stop Google Play. Reboot and try again.

This has been a known issue and my fix may sound funny but it works . go into the settings and set the time and date . back out and go into manage apps clear the Google play store data and cache reboot device and see if it works .

Well, I deleted the account and changed the time. Funny thing is that until you fix the time you can't login to your account especially if you set it a year in advance! I am still getting a lot of Google apps that stop responding. I was out runing around all day and it was impossible to deal with. My main issue is I cannot sync my Outlook to my calendar. And I don't want to use the Google calendar to sync to. It used to sync before I rooted and used the rom.
