Help at&t samsung note "passcode" question?

i have been wanting to get this phone for a while now but recently my friend said that his girlfriend was able to change the "passcode" or whatever for it on the at&t my account website and stuff..he says she changes it alot lol..he says he cant call and stuff and cant text and can only get wifi whereever its available..he says he will call them to get a new passcode or something to be able to use the phone again??


it is also the white at&t one..
basically im just wondering is this even possible lol,or is he just fooling around with me?thank you very much

Just saying, you might get better response in the forum for the LTE Note if it's an AT&T service you are talking about..

Not sure how many AT&T users are here in the international forum.
