Huawei Y330 phone (Android 4.2) on 'prepay' plan only which proves expensive if auto data downloads regularly occur for apps or email. An Android App from Google Play called 'AutoSynch Free' seems to offer a simple overall control to restrict app, email (Gmail) or 'other' synchronising to WiFi only, thus not using data over the mobilenet G3. Is my interpretation correct and/or are there better solutions to this control?
