Help BackUp Assistance ( Verizon)

I loaded a Rom and when I started my phone It wanted me to input Data because I wiped everything. It never synced my contacts like it usually does. Was this something missed when putting the ROM together? Anyway, I went to Verizon site. Tried to sync my contacts to phone from there and it is not doing it.

I went to sync on the phone and Back Up Assistance is not in my group of choices. What else can iI do? I do not want to put all these numbers in by hand. Other than loading a different ROM, There must be something?

I flashed liquid

It says that the ROM was "debloated" which I assume also means Backup Assistant was removed. There isn't much detail as to what this ROM changes

Just used another Rom, and it was also not present. There is a 'Backup Assistant 'Zip at XDA. Flashed it and it is perfect again!
