Help backup file damaged

Can anyone help me with the LG back file? It is a LBF file and when I try to restore using the LG backup it says the file is damaged. At this point I would be happy to just see a list of my contacts and memos. I can get by without full restore.
LG Optimus F6. T Mobile. Yes it is rooted.
I have the file on my computer.

Did you ever find out how to fix it? I have the exact same problem. I stand to lose about 2GB of contacts and photos.
