Hello
I had installed jc6 with gaosp and the battery lasted for about 10 hours
i thought that the battery was bad so i let my carrier test it
They told me that the battyis ok and they installed iil2 with 1.5
now the battery last 4 days
Should i install gaosp over iil2?
Do i have to use jc6?
Will gaosp drain my battery faster?

I don't think changing the baseband version is going to change anything about battery life.

I'm also getting lousy battery life (a little more than a day) with the latest nightly. With Galaxo it would last 3 days using the same settings.

I'm curious to read what others are going to say.

I forgot to mention that before i sent it to my carrier. I installed 1.5 and trued it for
r a couple of days and the battery was dead in less then 10 hours too

No battery problems here, it lasts more than 4 days.
One time it got drained in a couple of hours - forgot to turn off Wi-Fi. :p

Btw, I did O/C the processor to 192 - 678 MHz.

Hi, what version are you using? Jc6?
should i turn the wifi all the time?
i saw the change log today and drakaz wrote the wifi drain issue is fixed

Now go for GAOSP Beta 3, and do a full wipe in Recovery.
And it's JC6 baseband.

P.S: now I'm gonna try testing the GAOSP Beta 3 version. :p
