Help Battery showing 45 degree celcius in galaxy mini gts5570

Hi friends.,
Myself using samsung galaxy mini GTS5570.I have istalled an APP Called Baterry monitor.Now it is indicating my battery temperature of 45 degree celcius during charging and 40 degree during normal usage time.Please give me any suggestions?

WOW 45 is very high, and at 40+ you should start worrying

Normally your battery will heat up when you are using data or wifi, make sure you don't leave those active when you're not using them
