Lol, yeah. I work for at&t / i've tried every trick i've personally had available to me. Even provisioning on the account isn't working (reflecting the right imei etc etc)........
It's not available on my inspire either however it is available on my captivate, which strikes me as seemingly odd.

i just got an inspire and have a friend who has it too. neither of ours allows the bill to account feature. have a buddy who has the htc aria and his feature works.
any one have any ideas?
my friend has had her inspire for about a week and never had the option appear, ive had mine for only a day.
would love to know why i cant do this.

so after 6 'automated' responses from google, they have 'forwarded my issue to a specialist'
it really seems like it is only affecting the htc inspire. it must be a software issue with the device. every other android phone ive used with my SIM allows me to purchase apps and bill to my at&t account.
the htc inspire does not.
