Help Bionic Boot menu?

I took the hook today and upgraded to the Bionic. I loved my X, and was worried about all the threads about screen issues and battery life, but so far I'm happy with the jump.

On the X, you could get into the boot menu and clear the cache and reboot the phone. Is there anything similar on the Bionic? If so, how do I get there?
