Root Bionic stuck at red M

i accidentally opened safestrap and uninstalled recovery and did factory data reset now phone has grayish black scrren after logo not be able to install stock. RSD lite keep sending 15/22 system img is any one here who can help me

If you want I can upload a little zip file I made to unbrick the Bionic 100% of the time. It'll reset EVERYTHING, including root and safestrap but it's almost guaranteed to fix your phone. That and the zip is a little heavy since it has all the required files and whatnot.
