NEED HELP PLEASE!!!! I received a MKQ pro 4k today from amazon.. Plug and Play KODI was fully loaded. After hooking it up i scanned thru some tv shows on 1 channel and genesis and they played terrific. THEN i wnt to movies and on all add ons when i play a movie the top 1/3 of screen is black and it seems the video is cut off on bottom. Ive played with the setting on Kodi and nothing Tried the box on 2 other tvs and same thing . I can enlarge it thru the kodi zoom setting but it goes out of focus. Can some one please help? Is there a setting i may be missing or do i have a faulty box
