Last week it was revealed that the RCMP(Royal Canadian Mounted Police) has decrypted over a million encrypted BlackBerry messages.
John Chen wrote a blog post to address these reports and while he doesn't confirm or deny that BlackBerry gave the RCMP the encryption keys for those messages, he does say that cooperating with law enforcement is the right thing to do.
