Root Bluetooth issue after CM10.1

Last night I finally got s-off (thanks to you guys here) and installed CM10.1, was playing around with it and one thing I noticed is bluetooth would not turn on. Is that a known issue? I realize these are not official roms so there are going to be issues.

I've had some Bluetooth and GPS issues with CM based ROMs.

I have not tried Bluetooth on cm10, but it works great on pacman.
