Help bluetooth remote control problem

hi
i got my s6 when i pair bluetooth remote control my phone close all the progrems and the remote not working
any one know what i need to do?
(its not problem white the remote control)

I guess nobody has experienced this. It's kinda strange but if I was experiencing that problem I would forget the BT connection and re-pair and secondly I would try clearing system cache.
Beyond that I have no idea, sorry

Could be the "Smart Manager" snakeoil task killer, is stopping it working. You might have to whitelist its process, so it can function in background.

Have you tried my suggestions? If so what happened?
Does the same thing happen in safe mode??

• Turn off the phone completely.

• Press and hold the Power/Lock key for a few seconds to turn on the device.

• When Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume Down key until the lock screen shows up.

• The word “Safe mode” should now show on the lower left corner of the screen indicating that your device is now in Safe Mode.
