Root [Boost Mobile] All Things Root guide could use an update

Thanks for bringing them to our attention, but what needs changed?

We rely on members to keep updated, so if you have specific things you think need added or removed please let us know :)

A couple roms that are shown have stopped development and are closed for instance. I guess it's fine if they stay up, but it might be a good idea to let users know that they aren't progressing at all.

Im updating and cleaning ATR as we speak. If you have any other ideas please dont be afraid to send me a PM
