Holo launcher, fullscreen, Android kitkat theme and clock and hangout, and nexus camera. Pretty easy. If i could figure a way to do the 3 captive UI buttons at bottom i would. I dont think Xposed would work on our phone but maybe

Has it been updated at all since last week. WIFI and 3-g working, speaker on phone fixed. BTW, your phone looks awesome!

I'd love to know how you did the nav buttons.

Download xposed installer in xda dev. And go from there go to framework download install and reboot go back to installer and look for downloads and grab gravity box for jelly bean go to gravity box settings and navigational bar tap master switch and enable nav bar below that and reboot. Now go to android settings and go to system and scroll down to navigation bar tap that and at the bottom left looks like circle refresh icon tap that and tap ok to reset default settings. there you will see 3 bar menu. Cant do the 3 in fullscreen app enabled. I dont see a workaround for that

All that work now and its built in as option for some of these new ROMs ...blah
