Help bootloop to reset and back again.

Hi folks,

I'm in a circle here. My Galaxy Nexus GSM is pure stock, it runs 4.1.2 Jellybean.
The other night it started to bootloop. I chalked it up to a loss and reset via bootloader.After the reset it went right back into looping, only this time it actually shows me a split second of my old wallpaper...obviously it did not reset. Tried that multiple times, same thing.
I've tried the WUG program, installing a rom via cmd prompts, Ive tried a lot. How the heck can you do anything to this thing when its not recognized by your Windows 7? Is it time to give up?

Thank you for your accepting nature @The_Chief, nice to be here. Sadly, no fix for my phone. I power on now, feel a vibration and nothing comes up on the screen, big brick. Gotta save some money now to buy the next "beast".
