bricked my new lg g2 total newbie here please help!

Guys i am a total newbie here and this is the first time i have had to deal with this situatuion... i downloaded CloudyG2 2.2 on my lg g2 D800 unlocked at&t version, then upgraded it to Cloudyg2 3.3 because i just wanted to test out the rom, when i tried Cloudyg2 3.3 i figured it was running a bit slower and not to my liking so i tried downgrading back to CloudyG2 2.2 using the same process (Full Wipe Dalvik, Cache, System & Data ) and now my g2 is just stuck on the boot screen lg LOGO with the led light lighting green and blue, i have tired holding the power buton down to put the phone off but it wont go off, the phone comes back on and stays on the lg logo and do nothing after that i think that i have "soft" bricked the phone and would like someone to help me unbrick the phone please, i just got this phone last week please help me!

Hold it longer to power off. 15 seconds minimum. Don't let off if you feel it vibrate, instead continue to hold another 5 seconds. Then go back into twrp recovery using the hard keys.

ok i did so now it shows "factory data reset" should i erase all user data and restore default setings?

Yeah accept that. If you still have custom recovery, it will boot into that instead of factory resetting. I can't see how you would have lost twrp with what you've done so I'm hopefully optimistic.
