Root Bricked My Phone. Need Help!

I had my phone (Tmobile Huawei Prism) rooted with Cyanogenmod 7.2 and CW Recovery, but had failed to flash the appropriate gapps onto the device. Once I did that, Google Play still didn't work. Somehow, someway, all of the files in my phone's folder on the PC got deleted while the phone was connected, and now when I try to start it up it stays stuck on the Tmobile boot logo. I CAN ENTER RECOVERY, THOUGH, and hope that this will help in some way. However, my PC does not recognize my phone in Recovery mode even with correct drivers installed. I do not have a backup so I cannot restore. Please help if you can.
