Root Busybox installed issue

Guys I have run into an issue. After years of being a dedicated Droid user I finally decided to root my phone. One of the first things I've done is install Busybox. Well as you can see from the screenshot I have it on my phone and I got the notification it installed but from the screenshot you can clearly see it says its not installed. I have gone into the /system/bin and /system/xbin and made sure busybox was gone and it was. I then re-installed it but as you can see I still get Not Installed.

Now what?

Problem has been resolved. It appears things were flaky anyway so I wiped my phone and reset back to factory default. Rooted the system again and now busybox shows installed.
