Help Call answered/rejected in pocket: note 3 neo

On my samsung galaxy note 3 neo, calls are getting answered/rejected automatically when trying to take the phone from my pant pocket. This is causing great trouble.

Does anybody has this problem? What are the settings that I need to change?

Pants pocket, could be the touch-screen interacting with your leg, or while you're fumbling to grab the phone. Incoming call, screen comes on, swipe to answer or reject the incoming call. A case with a flip screen-cover would probably sort it, that's what I use.
