Help Call issue

Whenever I make or receive a call I instantly go from 3 bars to 0 making the phone completely useless when trying to talk to someone.. Anyone else have this issue or how to fix it?
Also, I'm currently on the newest version of CM7
did you try a reflash? wipe /system and /cache. then flash rom and gapps again.
