Calls goes directly to Google Voice

I need some help trying to figure out how come when my gf tries to call me on her EVO, it goes directly to Google Voicemail every time now. This is only happening when she is calling me, I have no issue when other people is calling me. I have make sure that "Send calls directly to voicemail" under her name in contacts is un-check but her calls are still going directly to voicemail. I have also check Google Contact and Google Voice webpages to see if there is setting I can change, but I did not find any. Just few days ago it was working fine but something change, maybe I accidentally pressed something.

Simple, it has happened to me before, check your blacklist too see if her number was blacklisted, if it is take it off and your good to go, someone doesn't want you talk to your GF, LOL

Settings/call settings/scroll down to blacklist

Thanks again DonB for the help and the quick reply. You are correct, her number was in the Blacklist, so it works now after removing her number in the list. Thanks. I wonder why they have both the "Blacklist" and the the check-box for sending calls directly to voicemail under Contacts. Seem to be duplicating features.

The blacklisted number had nothing to do with GV, that is a feature within your phone, and yes I do not know why they have both maybe they like things in 2, how her number got BL is most likely a mystery. You could of done it by mistake when you got her call, I had the same issue, and realized when my buddy kept calling me there had to be a reason why his calls were going straight into v/mails so I decided to check the BL and voila his number was there, and I know I did not BL him, glad you got it working.
