I have galaxy 6 edge phone and just added galaxy s2 tablet. I can use tablet to access Internet via Wifi. When I am not near a Wifi hotspot can I access Internet via my phone's cellphone connection ? Does this involve setting up a Hotspot on phone, teethering, or what ? Thanks.

IIRC you can use Bluetooth to tether your phone to the tablet then use the mobile data from the phone to access the Internet on the tablet.

Yes. Phone has tethering under settings >connections.
