Help Can't connect to Tmobile network on Moto G...Please help!!

I had perfectly good Tmobile connectivity yesterday on my moto G. Left phone on overnight. Then today phone does not have any network connectivity.When I click choose network operator it says "Error while searching for networks". When I click Mobile Plan, it says "please connect to the internet", but when I connect to the internet, it says "Uknown SIM operator" (with the typo). I actually was able to fix this before without doing a hard reset but don't remember what I did, can somebody please help me???

If you can call 611, then try that. If not, a trip to a T-Mobile store is your next step. Sounds like the SIM may be bad. Try taking it out and put it back, in case it's not making good contact. It's possible the phone has problems, but somehow I just have a hunch that's not it.

I agree, at least try the sim in a friend/familys phone :thumbsupdroid;
