Root Cant flash any ROM

Hey guys, so for the past few days I've been trying to flash SamuraiV3 on my phone, or even CM10, but every time i flash i get stuck in bootloop, and the only way i can get out of it is doing a hard reset, also when i make a backup on CMW i cant flash it either, it says "error restoring data" every single time, to any back up, this is getting really frustrating and im at my short wits end here, thanks in advance guys

Make sure you're wiping everything before you flash the ROM. Also could be that you got a bad download and make sure that your ROM is placed on your SD card. Not really sure what else it could be so hopefully someone who has experienced this can drop in and help you.
 
thanks Addict, i have wiped everything before and after flashing, and ive downloaded the rooms several times on wifi, both on my comp and on the phone, i havent tried placing them on the external SD because i didnt think it would really make a difference but i will try that next, thanks again
 
thanks J, i also did that, i flashed it from my comp and also tried flashing it with ROM Manager, to the same result, i have also flashed the firmware several times by now, and im still running into the same issues

If I'm reading this correctly you said you wiped after flashing also? If this is right then that's your problem. You're only supposed to wipe before you flash the ROM.
 
Sounds to me like you may have both 2nd-init recovery installed and official recovery.

You can now proceed to install any rom you like.

Note:
If this is not the case, then ignore this post and carry on lol.
