Root cant flash system update or anything after unroot

I've search multiple forum without success.
I've root and then unroot and relocked my phone and now I can't install the system update nor flash any RUU, or install zip files from sdcard.
it says either
signature verification failed
or cant mount sdcard
or assert failed: check_cid(getprop("ro.cid"), "00000000", "11111111", ..., "99999999", "SPCS_001") == "t"
E:Error in /sdcard/Download/OTA_Kindom_S_Sprint_WWE_2.12.651.8-2.12.651.5_release_251895nltedg4jgy68ivmt.zip

Installation aborted.

if I unlock it I get the check_cid if i toggle signature verification off
If i try to mount the sdcard with the recovery it still doesnt work...

Pretty sure you need to unlock your phone to be able to flash any firmware.

hi thanks yes i did try when unlock but no chance....

You have to unlock the bootloader, and if you did the root method and flashed cwm you can't update from htc anymore unless you flash back to stock.
