Yes. Install the wugs root toolkit and follow its instructions for installing/fixing the drivers 
Windows android drivers are a pain when they go wrong but the toolkit really does make it as easy as it's humanly possible to make it when there are problems. Follow the instructions to the letter - don't skip anything at all - and it will work fine.
