Help Can't install update V20b-SEP-11-2015

Hi! I have a Lg g2 mini- D620r with Android 5.0.2 and would like to update with V20b-SEP-11-2015. When I install the update the device restarts and I get the error 0x1111004. Then the device shows that it is suspected to be rooted. I rooted my phone but then I did a factory reset.

The factory reset didn't remove root. Ideally, you'd want to locate a kdz or tot for your device, if it exists, and use one of the flash tools to apply the stock firmware. Then you should be able to update normally via ota.
