Root Can't mount /system, /data, /media, etc in TWRP

I was trying to flash a rom when i noticed that my phone couldn't mount the partions /system, /data, /media/data.

Notes: Phone is soft bricked and cannot actually start up the phone as in use it normally, only can use recovery and hardboot something like that

I'm having the same issue, But I know what is causing mine. Did you ever figure this out? I know mine is doing this due to the kernel and rom that were flashed, even though they were for my phone they soft bricked me.
