Help Cant open picture messages!

Help !

All of a sudden i cant open or send picture messages ! Instead of the message appearing as a slide show it shows download and when i try and download it nothing opens ! This has just started happening and I have no idea why - on the phone to t mobile for an hour and they couldnt fix it (typical).

Am considering a factory reset but cant work out how to sync contacts to google mail as most are syncing with the phone

Maybe a silly question, but do you have the internet connection turned on when you try to download them?

I turned my always on connection off and when I want to download a pic I think I have to turn the internet back on.

try to send a pic to yourself, this sometimes sorts it all out. You might not get the oridinal pic that was sent but should hopefully get new ones.

It was the wifi blocking them, turned it off and works fine now !
