So my Moto Q9C is acting up on me (again), which makes me even more anxious for the moment to just get here. My phone currently will freeze on unlocking, it did this a couple of months ago and the only fix was a hard reset...which if I'm going to do I might as well just set up on a new phone at this point. But I don't want to go get the Hero now and then miss the hard keyboard in two weeks, and then pay $35 to switch to the Moment... OH the frustration!
