Root Carrier IQ on our phones: how to remove

If your phone is rooted, you can remove it following the steps in this xda thread:

Settings>Backup & Reset>Collect Diagnostics. Unclick that box there to opt out and Carrier IQ does nothing. I had wakelocks from it before those steps...now, nothing.

Doesn't "get rid" of it though.
