Case/covers for LG G2

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a case/cover for my new LG G2. I am very keen on either the Diztronic TPU case or an Incipio case, but I can't seem to find these at a good price on eBay. Any suggestions?

I dont want to add tooooo much bulk to the phone....

Do you recommend a flip cover or just a back case for this phone?
Also, will I need a screen protector, and if so, a tempered glass or plastic one? Are anti-glare/fingerprint ones necessary?

Im a BodyGlove fan....always...
You can get cheap on eBay (7 bucks?) BG Splash case, White and Grey - doesn't add that much in size
or
My own carry case right now, (10 - 12 bucks?) BG Black/Gray Fusion DuraStand. Love this case. Next best thing to a BG Satin, which they only make for the Verizon LG G2. Not too big either.

The Body Glove Dropsuit , black. ( 9 bucks?) Raised bumpers, and really not that big.
