Changing to a 4g phone will my shrinkage progress start over?

I'm planing on buying the galaxy s2 when it comes out this september will my shrinkage progress change.

Thanks Chev that means I'll be paying the same but now with 4g and a new phone oh and Chev If my brother doesn't want my TU maybe I'll donate it tell me if you are interested.
