Root Checklist Procedure to Unroot

Okay folks, I have a Verizon Galaxy Note 3, currently rooted with a custom ROM running via Safestrap. I want to unroot it, remove Safestrap/SuperSU and Odin back to stock before selling it. It's been so long, though, I've lost track of how to do it!

So if any of you can give me a detailed procedure, step by step, of how to do it, your ol' Chief will be eternally grateful.

I know nothing of Safe Strap, but SuperSu has a section on it to unistall itself and remove root (under clean up for permanent unroot), then you flash your CSC's stock ROM.

Just wanted to give you some sort of answer.
