chompSMS problem

I have setup chompSMS so it shows a popup message and an icon in the notification bar when i receive a text.

the problem is, I get two popups, one from chompSMS and one from (im guessing) the default messaging app.

I have turned off notifications in the default messaging app, and that has got rid of the icon in the notification bar when i receive a new text message, but not removed the popup window.

How can I stop the default popup message from appearing, so i only have the message from chompSMS appear?

Never mind, I had smspopup app added, removing that sorted the problem.
