Um hi, i was planning to get the A100 but after seeing reviews of battery life and viewing angles i want to know what my options are so i want to know what i can get for under $300 with these specs

At LEAST 1Gz proccesor
MUST have 7" screen
MUST have microSD capability
MUST have at least 8gb of storage
MUST have at least 1gb of ROM
Capability of up to 45 hours of audio(or more)
Preferably has removable battery
Preferably charges through micro usb

I think your only other option is the nook tablet, aside from maybe a cheapo Chinese tablet. The nooks problem, IMO, is the locked down encrypted software and tiny market. Without root you can't side load apps, which is pretty much necessary on that device. Even with root you have to use a million different work arounds. The a100 has its quirks like anything android, but its by far the best device in its price range, IMO.

Maybe look for a used g-tab. Never used one but are still popular.
