confused about VIA VT8505 ARM926

I am confused about the quality of a tablet with VIA VT8505 ARM926 listed as the processor. I have read to stay away from VIA WM**** but that ARM926 is OK. So is the Arm926 a newer and better processor from VIA? These go for under $100 on ebay.
