Help Contacts App not working

I was having strange issues with the Contacts app, so I did something stupid.
I disabled "Contacts Storage"

And now its gone from the apps, and I cannot even start the Contacts app.

Any idea how I can restore things ?

I am running 4.1.2

Are your rooted? If you are and have titanium back up you should be able to restore it.

Also go to settings, apps and scroll to all. Look for the contacts app and see if you can un disable it from there.
