Create a Google+ profile

Hi, I'm new to posting and dont know much of the jargon but can someone pls help. On Google Play store I try to rate certain apps and I keep getting "Unfortunately, Google+ couldn't setup your profile. Try again later". I've been trying for months. What am I not doing?

You have to have a google+ account to rate apps. To do this simply open your g+ app and sign in with your Gmail account info.

That's true about set up but u have a minor problem with your Google account . either with name or maybe verified as being you . I had it cause I made a name for Google and it had some ...and it said it couldn't understand something.

Hi I appreciate your info but is there anyhing else I ciould do to fix this Google+ issue?

Maybe go through the profile u set up and maybe you may see something u missed . but the problem with the Google + is always seen noted in your email they send you or the pop up. So check your spam section you may see a email if not reset and do over .
