1. Vol Up : Dload Mode
2. Vol Down : Reboot

If you choose Dload Mode
1. Dload Mode. Please connect USB
2. Get the ram dump image using QPST Configuration.

I can't access Download or Recovery mode because every time I try to access them I get stuck at this screen.
HELP!
 
Sometimes, you can get to download mode from that screen but it may not actually show the download mode screen you are used to seeing. Assuming you already have the LG United Drivers installed on your PC, you need to watch device manager when selecting the download mode option and see if you get a device called LGE AndroidNet usb serial, or similar wording. If so, you can try to flash a kdz or tot.

What happens when you try the reboot option? How does the phone show up in device manager at that time?

In any event, the phone can be fixed but it may have to be disassembled and you may have to short the motherboard to force bulk mode and then fix with Linux. That would be the last resort and there are threads to assist you if it comes to that. Need a little more info though before heading down that road.
