Help Custom Dictionary?

Is there a way to create and edit a custom dictionary for the Note 8.0?

I've read that it will "learn" words that are typed in, which I've done. However, it still won't recognize those words when I use the s-pen. It gives several suggestions, but none of which are the words I've previously typed in.

It seems like this feature would be a requirement for a hand-writing recognition tablet.

If anyone is interested, I contacted Samsung and was told that it's not possible to create a custom dictionary in S-note:

"Thank you for contacting Samsung. I understand that you are unable to get suggestions in the dictionary which you already typed in earlier. I do understand your requirement, but this feature is not available in the tablet. It is not possible to create a custom dictionary. "
