Root Cyanogen mod sounds

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew where to find the notification sounds for sms and emails for the cyanogen mod. I loved the custom rom but had to switch because I like TV out more. I really liked the default sounds however and wanted to put them back on my most recent rom.

Is that zip file a way to fully control sound settings on cyanogenmod? as an addon?
