Considering that the original source article requires a subscription, and is therefore likely unavailable to the majority of our members, it's probably easier for everyone to reproduce the relevant 6 lines from the above link:

• A rethink of what Nokia X should be?
• More customisable WP?
• Maybe get that team to make the Google apps that Google aren’t too bothered about when it comes to sharing it on WP.
• What if it’s part of the rumours to help get Android apps to WP?
• What about getting WP on Android devices to help OEMs get WP on to similar shells (e.g. HTC One) or even better,
• direct to customers too who have Android handsets already but could refresh them with WP.
