Root cyanogenmod gestures

I have the nightly build right before BETA3 and I am trying to setup a gesture with cyanogenmod. I can setup unlock, and toggle sound and other applications, however whenever I try to setup a direct dial gesture, it fc's. I've done some research and others have reported problems for contacts, but not for direct dial. The cyanogenmod wiki says that the 7500 is an unsupported device, so I was wondering if anyone has found a way to get this to work. Thank you.
 
I think that, you should have post this on drakaz forum to get your answer. He did port CM 6 to our unit (GAOSP is merged with it), so maybe he or someone from the team would know better.
But I can be wrong. :p
