Root Cyanogenmod - Stuck at splash screen

Does anyone else seem to have this problem where you reboot your phone and you get stuck at the ROM splash screen and you can't get out of it unless doing a battery pull. Then I have to wipe everything and start all over. This has happened to me on all of the Cyanogenmod ROMs that I have tried (Angry Bean, Wild For The Night, Midnight) however Midnight seems to be the most stable at least for me. Any thoughts?

It's something that gets corrupted in the data partition, if u wipe data it'll supposedly boot back up, there was a few files listed somewhere that if u delete with aroma file manager then it'll boot, might have been on XDA where I saw it. A lot of people say to power off instead of reboot
