Root [DANA][MISSING OS]Screwed up and need some help

So I'm a relative n00b at all things involved here. I had managed to root my TMobile LG Optimus F6 and install TWRP and Dana and everything was good. I just upgraded phones though and wanted to make sure I cleaned all my personal information off the F6 before I did anything with it. Used 3c Toolbox to boot into recovery, selected wipe, and obviously selected something I shouldn't have. The phone will no longer boot, just sits at the LG logo screen and does nothing. What's the easiest way from here to proceed with turning it back into a usable device?

Okay, forgive my ignorance...now that I have that downloaded, how do you proceed given that the phone won't boot? There's the comment that says "You can use my unbrick guide over on the T-Mobile thread if you need help flashing it." but I can't find that thread.....
