Help Data recovery help from Android internal memory

Hi Experts,

Problem: Data recovery from Android internal memory (LG Optimus Vu P895) with no USB mass storage option

Mobile Handset: LG Optimus Vu P895
Android Version: 4.0.4
USB Connection Modes Available:
1. Charge only
2. Media sync (MTP)
3. USB tethering
4. LG Software
5. Camera (PTP)

I want to recover data from the internal memory (no option for SD card) and to recover the data through PC , the phone must connect in “USB Mass storage mode”, however, this mode is not available in my device and due to that the mobile connect as media device in the PC. The Data recovery software’s do not detect “media device” as a drive to recover the data.

One method I tried to recover the data from the internal memory is in this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2143188. However, I got raw image of internal memory of only 1 kb.

Please suggest possible ways to recover data from internal memory.

think of is using nfc to another phone.
