Help Data size keep on increasing

Hi all,

please see the attachment. Can someone tell me what does the data portion consist of and why is it increasing all the time? It's taking up the internal memory space. Is there any way to stop it ?

That's just the data use by this application.
You can't really get rid of it, as long as you wanna use this application.
